Perforated Panel

PackSound EchoStop™ Perforated Acoustic Panels are expertly engineered to enhance acoustic comfort while complementing interior design. Designed for high-performance sound absorption, these panels feature a precision-perforated surface that allows sound to pass through and be absorbed by an internal acoustic layer, effectively reducing echo, noise, and reverberation. Made with fire-rated MDF or HDF cores and optional acoustic fleece or mineral wool backing, EchoStop™ panels offer a safe, functional, and visually refined solution. Customisable perforation patterns ensure tailored acoustic performance without sacrificing aesthetics.

EchoStop™ Acoustic Panels: Where Sound Control Meets Sophisticated Design

The PackSound EchoStop™ Perforated Acoustic Panels are engineered for
interiors where acoustic comfort and refined design go hand in hand. These
high-performance panels feature a precisely perforated surface that allows
sound waves to pass through and be absorbed by an underlying acoustic
layer, significantly reducing echo, background noise, and reverberation.
Constructed using fire-rated MDF or HDF cores with optional acoustic fleece
or mineral wool backing, EchoStop™ panels deliver a seamless balance of
form, function, and safety. The perforation pattern can be customised to meet
design and performance needs without compromising on aesthetics.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

EchoStop™ panels are precision-perforated interior panels designed to absorb sound waves, reduce echo and reverberation, and enhance acoustic performance in interior spaces, all while offering customizable aesthetics.

The perforations allow sound to pass through the surface into an internal acoustic layer (such as fleece or mineral wool). That layer dissipates the sound energy, significantly reducing reflection, background noise, and echo.

They are constructed with fire-rated MDF (Medium-Density Fiberboard) or HDF (High-Density Fiberboard). These cores provide structural stability and meet safety requirements.

Yes. You can select from options such as acoustic fleece or mineral wool backing to tailor sound-absorption performance to your project’s requirements.

Absolutely. The perforation size, shape (square, round, diamond, etc.), and layout can be tailored to balance design aesthetics and acoustic performance.

You can contact us directly via email or phone with your project requirements (dimensions, desired finishes, acoustic goals). We’ll work with you to provide options and cost estimates.

Minimal maintenance is needed. They can be cleaned using a soft brush or vacuum attachment, and wiped with a damp cloth (if the finish allows). Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
